Consumer Forum Jurisdiction
- District Consumer Commission: Claims up to โน50 lakhs โ file at your district level.
- State Consumer Commission: Claims from โน50 lakhs to โน2 crores.
- National Consumer Commission (NCDRC): Claims above โน2 crores.
Filing fees are minimal (as low as โน200โโน2,000), and you can represent yourself or be assisted by a lawyer.
